SharePoint
StratexPoint is a SharePoint application which is designed to leverage the entire SharePoint functionality and web services suite, including data management, collaboration, workflow, document management and security.
StratexPoint is deployed to a SharePoint site; retaining the theme and style of the site therefore it becomes a seamless part of the organisational SharePoint environment from the end-user’s perspective. Users of the application will access reports, dashboards and various other components of the application all within the familiar SharePoint interface.

Silverlight
Complimenting the SharePoint interface, StratexPoint also includes some components developed using Microsoft’s Silverlight technology.
Silverlight is used to provide StratexPoint users with an intuitive and fluid interface for data entry and data visualisation.

SQL Server
While the application stores data primarily within the SharePoint environment, StratexPoint also provides an SQL Server based reporting layer which includes a reporting database and an analysis cube(s).
StratexPoint can utilise the entire Microsoft Business Intelligence suite to provide a range of standard ‘out of the box’ and client specific reporting, dashboards and analytics.
The primarily tools used for reporting, dashboards and analytics are; Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS), PerformancePoint Services and Excel Services.
