Driving strategy execution by aligning performance and risk management
StratexPoint is a unique performance and risk management application. It is designed to enable organisation to take an integrated and aligned approach to strategy execution, bring together their performance and risk management processes.
Developed using Microsoft's SharePoint and SQL Server platforms, StratexPoint combines the collaborative ‘soft’ side of performance and risk management with the ‘hard’ numbers. It enables organisations to clarify their objectives, clarify the level of risk they will accept to achieve those objectives and clarify the level of risk they are currently running. It provides enterprise-level capabilities to manage monitor and analyse organisational objectives, risks, controls and relate key indicators.
