Our approach always begins by identifying the compelling business reason(s) for change. We determine a benefits case and return on investment (ROI) before agreeing how to deliver the solution, embed change and realise the returns. Often our engagements begin with a SmartStart project, which is designed to determine the compelling business reason for change, identify the returns or provide a technology proof of concept.
We work closely with clients on-site, in small teams taking a 'keep it simple, be pragmatic' approach to problem-solving with an emphasis on practicality and sustainability.
Return on investment
We believe that identifying a tangible ROI 'up-front' and writing that into the objectives of the engagement is critical to successful delivery and to building long-term client relationships. Whilst we recognise the value of the intangible benefits, we prefer to justify our engagements with hard numbers.

Project delivery methodology
We believe that integrating the business and technology streams of a management intelligence change project is critical to its success. However, aligning these two streams often proves challenging because of the dynamic, changeable nature of these types of engagements.
